Developed between 2012-2013, this project brought together experimental musicians and real-time animation.

Lee translates sound into visible phenomena using magnets, minerals, and particulate matter. Electronic signals from synthesizers and acoustic vibrations from wind instruments generate a shifting field, in which magnetic forces trace ephemeral structures in iron filings. Gravity operates at one scale, polarity at another. The performance unfolds through a shared perception of resonance.
